Bb Europe 2010: lessen uit implementatie Bb

- students don't need instruction
- never underestimate the effort to create support material that gives great results
- respect the exsisting support organisation
- a pilot is indispensible
- involve faculty staff as much as possible
- involve (and use) students
- work in multidisciplinary teams as much as possible
- test, test and test
- make clear agreements with the IT-department
- active support from management
- PLAN, PLAN and PLAN ... especially concerning the change management!
